    Software should finish work, not report on it. Our tools end in an outcome, not a chart.

    We build things you can run without us. Data exports in one click, and nothing we ship depends on us still being here.

  4. No zombie products.

    Everything we ship has public success criteria. If a tool doesn't earn its keep, we kill it and write up why. What survives, you can trust.
